Faulty product
I left a voicemail and no one called me back
I was given the Frida mom Instant Ice Maxi Pads as a gift before giving birth to my son. I tried 6 of the pads and none of them became cold.
I had other people follow the directions without success. I really needed this product after having a natural birth and I was very dissappointed.

I recently purchased the Electric NoseFrida, and it has suddenly stopped working even after fully charging. The light doesn't turn on, and the device won't power up. I've tried different charging cables and cleaned the parts, but nothing seems to help.
It hasn't been dropped or damaged, and I believe it's still under warranty. Could you please advise on the next steps or how to get a replacement?

Electric nose frida not working

Nose frida is not good m not satisfied with it…i want half refund atleast
The product of very bad quality and connot do the work it is supposed to. The suction is not good at all. Sometimes when the product is able to pull out something from the babys nose, it leaks from the back of the machine.
I would like to return it and get my money back.
